When accessing Hi-Mix facilities: If you visit Hi-Mix facilities, your data will be collected upon entry at our administrative office in Curitiba, PR, and our manufacturing unit in Pato Branco, PR.
When using our Platform: While using Hi-Mix services, we automatically or semi-automatically collect data about your platform usage, as detailed in item 4 below.
When providing products and services to customers, we may process personal data on behalf of a Controller, primarily for administration, management, performance verification, or service delivery – both within and outside Brazil.

We may share your personal data when we believe, in good faith, that it is necessary to comply with a legal obligation under applicable law. Personal data will be processed in an appropriate, relevant manner, and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is being processed.
Your personal data will only be shared with authorized personnel within HI-MIX, as well as with contracted or subcontracted parties, when necessary to ensure the execution and quality of the services provided, while maintaining commercial and technical operability.
We may also share your personal data if we believe, in good faith, that it is necessary for our legitimate interest or that of a third party, in matters of national security, law enforcement, litigation, criminal investigations, protecting the safety of any person, or preventing death or imminent physical harm. This will only occur when we believe such an interest does not override the User’s fundamental rights and freedoms.
HI-MIX may be required to disclose personal data to regulatory authorities, the judiciary, agencies, or other government bodies in administrative or judicial processes. In such cases, disclosure will occur only when there is a clear legal requirement, court order, or to defend the rights, interests, and property of Hi-Mix and its stakeholders, particularly its users. We will always aim to protect the privacy and confidentiality of third-party data in our custody to the greatest extent possible. Except for the abovementioned situations, we will not share your personal data unless you request it or have provided prior consent.

HI-MIX informs you that we store the collected data within national territory, ensuring compliance with the security standards established by HI-MIX and in accordance with current legislation.
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide HI-MIX Services, always prioritizing the interests of the data subject. Data will also be stored for legitimate business purposes and to meet our legal obligations.
At your request, we may delete or anonymize your personal data in a way that no longer identifies you, except where it is legally permitted or mandatory to retain it. This includes situations such as:

The Platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.

An exception applies to the collection of CVs from minors participating in the industrial learning process. In all other cases, any data related to minors will be deleted.

HI-MIX may update this Privacy Notice periodically.
When significant changes occur, we will provide clear and prominent notice, such as displaying an alert on the Platform or sending a notification via email. In some cases, we may send advance notice.
